A large quarry operator in Texas, USA, experienced repeated swing motor and swing bearing failures on Develon DX350LC excavators under continuous heavy rock loading.
We supplied complete swing system solutions including swing motors, swing reduction gears, swing bearings (slewing rings), and main control valves from our hydraulic system parts category. We also provided travel motors for preventive maintenance.
The replacement resulted in smoother swing operation, 25% faster cycle times, and reduced noise. The maintenance supervisor commented, “Your hydraulic parts perform as well as OEM but with much better availability and competitive pricing.”
